  Handle coiling

  Make handle spring shape to make it suitable with treatment.

  Handle cutting

  Cut Primary operated handle suit with product standards.

  Body cutting

  Cut body with planned product standards

  Assembling

  Assemble body and handle(The only SMC's auto assemble system)

  Polishing tip

  Manufacture tip with processing system and check with microscope.

  Ultrasonic clean

  Remove foreign materials with ultrasonic cleanser and laminate, dry

• 07

  Final check

  Check all the acupunctures and remove unsuitable products.

  Packaging

  The only SMC's auto packaging system.

  Disinfection

  Disinfection according to packing type(EO-gas, G-Ray) Bar code & PDA realization process system.
